Our macarons are made using the French method. The shells are an almond flour base incorporated into egg white meringue. The fillings change based on the inspiration from the season or holiday and range from vanilla buttercream to dark chocolate ganache (most buttercreams can be made with vegan butter for an additional charge). Jam filled- the only way to keep the jam inside the macaron is to surround it with a ring of buttercream. So think of your favorite pairings! Lemon buttercream with blueberry jam, vanilla buttercream with strawberry jam etc.
Products are produced in a cottage bakery that is not subject to state licensure or inspection. Products are not intended for resale.
We love custom orders! Contact us for your next party, happy hour, wedding, or dog birthday. Please give us at least 7 days advance notice for custom ordered macarons, and 5 days advance notice for muttarons. Custom orders are subject to scheduling availability.
All custom orders include one filling flavor and one shell color per dozen macarons ordered. Don't see the flavor you want? Just reach out, we love making new flavors! For custom orders of macarons, we offer a variety of packaging options from as small as individually bagged macarons to as large as pastry boxes holding up to 100 macarons each.
Muttarons can be custom colored, but always have classic peanut butter filling.
